We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Candidates with experience in a retail, warehouse, or supplier-type business are highly preferred.

🔎 Position: Finance Virtual Assistant
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)
⏰ Shift: Midday Shift (Exact hours to be discussed)
🏢 Industry: Retail / Warehouse / Supplier Operations

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily transactions
• Assist in inventory and stock-related financial tracking
• Investigate payment discrepancies and stock variances
• Prepare financial reports and summaries
• Support month-end closing tasks
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding financial concerns

🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Finance VA, Bookkeeper, or similar finance role
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or supplier-based businesses is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas is a plus)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
