We're hiring π£ HR & Operations Coordinator (Internal)
Team Outsource is looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized HR & Operations Coordinator based in the Philippines to support both HR and operational functions of the business.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, HR processes, attendance monitoring, reporting, and administrative operations. This role will also serve partly as an executive/admin support role to help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

π Full-time | US Business Hours
π P50,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee files
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping of virtual assistants/staff
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate disciplinary documentation and employee notices when necessary
- Prepare HR reports, summaries, and documentation
Operations & Administrative Support
- Monitor daily operations and staff accountability
- Track productivity, attendance, and task completion of virtual assistants
- Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, and updates
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Support the business owner with administrative and executive assistant tasks
- Help improve workflows, systems, and team organization
Qualifications & Requirements
β Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
β Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
β Experience in HR operations, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and administrative support
β Experience handling remote employees or virtual assistants is an advantage
β Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
β Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
β Proficient in Monday.com, Hubspot, MS office
β Able to handle confidential information professionally
β Can work independently and take initiative

β Experience working in startups, agencies, or remote businesses
β Experience managing virtual teams and remote operations
