Luxury Travel VA Trainee
This role supports top-tier luxury travel advisors across the globe.
Your day-to-day will include building stunning itineraries, managing complex flight details, sourcing world-class properties, and making sure 5-star hotels treat our clients like the VIPs they are before they even check in.
This is not a "fill in the form" kind of role. This is high-stakes, high-standard, and deeply rewarding work for the right person.
What we are looking for:
✦ 2 to 3 years of VA experience (travel, hospitality, or luxury is a big plus)
✦ Ability to work in the US/Europe timezone
✦ Flawless written and verbal English
✦ A triple-check mindset, because a 1-hour time zone error is never just a typo here
✦ Familiarity with international travel docs and luxury supplier protocols
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
