We are looking for a meticulous, high-level VA/Travel Coordinator to support a top-tier luxury travel advisor based in the US. This isn’t just about "booking trips"—it’s about managing the seamless, "white-glove" travel experiences for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

Responsibilities:
- Aviation Management: Train on and utilize the Largay platform to book, monitor, and manage complex flight itineraries.
- Hotel & Lodging: Master Sabre Launchpad to source luxury properties, ensuring all Virtuoso/Agency-exclusive amenities (upgrades, credits, breakfast) are correctly applied.
- Supplier Liaison: Proactively reach out to hotel GMs and tour operators to "VIP" guests, confirm special requests, and ensure welcome amenities are in place.
- Itinerary Design: Build stunning, comprehensive travel documents using Axus itinerary builder, including every fine detail from dinner reservations to airport transfers.
- Admin: Maintain client profiles with obsessive detail—tracking passport expirations, dietary restrictions, and specific travel preferences.

Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as an VA (Experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sector is highly preferred)
- Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- A "triple-check" mindset. You understand that in the luxury sector, a minor typo or a 1-hour time zone miscalculation is a critical failure.
- Impeccable written and verbal English. You must be capable of representing a high-end brand when communicating with UHNW clients and 5-star hotel management globally.
- Familiarity with international travel documentation and luxury supplier protocols.
- A potential long-term partner who wants to grow within the luxury travel niche.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with itinerary builders or AI tools is a plus

⏰ Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
💰 Salary: PHP 50,000 – PHP 70,000 (Based on skill assessment & experience)

In this role, you will act as the "Right Hand" to the owner of a premier US-based Travel Agency, specializing in high-end African Safari experiences and luxury global travel.

🔍 Your Responsibilities
Supplier Relations: Research luxury safari lodge availability and audit quotations to ensure rates and "specials" are 100% accurate.

Operational Sync: Work with global partners at the start of the US workday so the owner hits the ground running.

Content & Proposals: Use internal tools and AI to craft personalized, high-end introductory content for client-facing itineraries.

Pricing & Logistics: Collaborate on sell– Luxury Travel Operations

Client Experience: Research spa services, local activities, and hotel brochures to create “wow-factor” emails for confirmed travelers.

✅ Qualifications
