Full Circle Life Planning

Wala pang sweldo dahil may delay pa, pero excited na akong mag-cash stuffing kaya budget plan muna for June 2026! ✨

May kaunting adjustments lang this month.

Manifesting a productive, disciplined, and financially blessed June for all of us! πŸ’š

LANDBANK is implementing zero fees on eligible online government payments from 01 June to 31 December 2026, making public transactions simpler, more affordable, and more accessible.

This initiative brings essential services closer to the people, supporting faster and more convenient payment of police clearances, real property taxes, business permits, apostille certificates, and other government transactionsβ€”at no additional cost.

This complements LANDBANK’s broader efforts to reduce transaction costs, including the recent reduction of InstaPay transfer fees from β‚±15 to β‚±8, effective 21 May 2026.

higher salary but lower purchasing power because of inflation.

To visualize it, ginamit kong example ang pancit canton.

Noong 2018, yung β‚±100 mo kaya bumili ng around 10 pcs.

Ngayon?

Pero if we do the math:

Yung pancit canton from around β‚±10 noon naging around β‚±16 ngayon.

That’s around 60% increase.

Meanwhile, noong 2018 ang minimum wage sa province namin nasa around β‚±450/day.

Ngayon nasa around β‚±550/day na daw based sa mga nakausap ko.

That’s only around 22% increase.

And take note, pancit canton pa lang yan. What more pa sa groceries, rent, utilities, fuel, and other expenses.

That’s why I always encourage everyone to learn how to save and invest.

Hindi para yumaman agad, but at least to help fight inflation and protect the value of your hard-earned money.

Because at the end of the day, salary increase alone isn’t always enough to beat inflation.
