Position: Laboratory Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Laboratory Analyst to join our team. This role is a dynamic blend of laboratory precision, administrative management, and hands-on field work.

FRESH GRADUATES are highly encouraged to apply! We also provide in-house trainings for career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
⦁ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course.
⦁ Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities required for calibration calculations and data analysis.
⦁ Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
⦁ Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be confident driving both Automatic (AT) and Manual (MT) transmission vehicles for field assignments.
⦁ Key Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, highly intuitive, resourceful and able to work under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DETAILS
⦁ Metrology & Calibration: Perform precise calibrations on various instruments and equipment in compliance with standard operating procedures.
⦁ Field Work: Travel to client locations (both within and outside the city) to conduct on-site calibration.
⦁ Equipment Maintenance: Execute routine preventative maintenance
⦁ Administrative Tasks: Includes: receiving/releasing of instruments and documents, equipment inventory, accurate documentation of calibration data, encoding results, and preparing official documents, etc.

Please be informed that our scheduled Quarterly Calibration Maintenance will take place tomorrow, March 21, 2026 (WHOLE DAY).

During this period, our calibration services will undergo routine maintenance, inspection, and system updates to ensure continued accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
