A client customer ledger is still written in index card manually and it is being implemented per branch/sites, just in case the connection (internet) is down for them to check the customer monthly installment fee and of course they could view the item and collection history.

So, to make it paperless... we design this Android app which could download the entire customer profile of the branch (when connected) and they could view the profile, item purchased and collection history... even the remaining months outstanding balances.

Downloading of customer profile could be daily, weekly or on sites preference. This process could update new customers, outstanding balances and their collections to-date.... all in real-time.

Local businessmen especially those involve with the usual logistical operations found that OneTapTrack system (an Android app) is efficient and cost effective solution for them to monitor their routes.

Though they could monitor their vehicles real-time (and online), a new approach would be to monitor the movement of vehicle route "offline". We developed an offline solutions for tracking these movements and it does not need any subscription plan from the telcos at all. It is an alternative process for monitoring vehicle movements.

1. A OneTapTrack android app on the mobile phone to relay the location
2. An Admin Website to view and track the location of the device (or personnel) in real-time for analysis
