We're looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in basic accounting.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Apply customer payments in QuickBooks
• Manage inventory sign-out (QuickBooks/IMS)
• Assist with vendor payments & accounts payable
• Basic financial analysis
• Balance GL accounts & prepare journal entries

🔹 Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication & data entry skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting, AR, billing, collections, bank recon
• 1 year Accounting Staff experience
• English proficiency

💼 Job Details:
• Full-time, onsite
• From Php 20,000/month
• Health insurance, paid training, company events
