We would like to inform you that mainline fixation and restoration works will "resume" today, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in the areas of Burgos, Mabini, Pintor, Rizal, Union, Bigao, Siffu.

This operation is part of our continuing restoration efforts following the damage to network cables caused by Typhoon Uwan. Our technical team is currently on-site, performing necessary line repairs to restore stable and reliable internet service.

In Preparation for Typhoon Uwan

As Typhoon Uwan approaches, we would like to inform everyone that strong winds and heavy rains may temporarily affect our network lines and facilities within certain service areas.

Our technical team has already activated precautionary measures and will remain on standby, ready to begin restoration work as soon as weather conditions improve.

We also remind all subscribers to unplug modems and routers during severe weather, keep your equipment dry and secure, and always prioritize safety first.

⚙️ Restoration and Response Plan (After Typhoon Uwan)

Should there be service interruptions, our team will immediately conduct line inspections and begin repair and restoration once it is safe to proceed.
