Pursuant to Special Order No. 079-26c and Memorandum No. 033-26c, the University hereby implements the Vehicle Pass Policy and Guidelines to ensure safety, security, efficient traffic flow, and environmental sustainability within the MSU-General Santos campus. All private vehicles intending to enter the campus are required to secure a valid Vehicle Pass Sticker.
In line with the University's efforts to streamline processes and improve service delivery, the Vehicle Pass Application shall now be processed through an online registration system. All concerned are hereby guided by the following procedures.
Furthermore, all information and scanned documents submitted by applicants shall be treated with strict confidentiality and shall be protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Such information shall not be publicly shown, shared, or accessed by unauthorized persons, except as may be required for official verification and lawful purposes.
