As a company with an advocacy to lessen the unemployment in our City in GENERAL SANTOS CITY, we are hiring even WITHOUT experience.

We will continue for next month the “No interview process”.
JCON BPO is looking for inspiring applicants that is willing to learn and to work in BPO industry.

What:
Orientation to be hired

Location:
Room #89, 3rd floor, J&G Propiedad building, Barangay San Isidro, Gen. Santos City. Landmark beside HTC Trinidad Complex, front of Vladen Barbershop.

Time and Date:
1PM, THURSDAY OCTOBER 1, 2026.

Qualification:
- 18yrs old above
- With good communication skills
- Good Comprehension skills
- experience is a plus
- with or without pleasing personality (Just Kidding)

Orientation Announcement‼️‼️

Due to the high volume of applications, we will be conducting the orientation in two batches on September 21, 2026. MONDAY

To accommodate all applicants, please take note there are 2 orientation schedule:

🕐 First Batch: 1:00 PM

🕞 Second Batch: 3:30 PM

NOTE: We Do NOT offer PART TIME, WORK FROM HOME and We DISCOURAGE STUDENTS to APPLY as we want you to FOCUS on your STUDIES.

Please make sure to attend the orientation according to the assigned schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we accommodate the large number of applicants.
