Are these words familiar to you? Are these the trending words you hear every single day?

Yes, we are exhausted from living a life bounded by the limitations of what we can do and where to go. Perhaps, this day might be your scheduled day for your wedding but because of ECQ, you moved the date to you-don’t-know when! Or maybe, today a family member needs a helping hand but you can’t go because YOU JUST CAN’T! There might be other important jobs that you must do, but you should not do because you wanted to be the solution, and having to avoid any contacts to anyone anywhere would lessen the spread of the virus.

YOU HAVE AN ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

But, hey, let me remind you, God is greater than our disappointments and frustrations.

When the doors are closed, God says, “Our Master, Jesus has his arms wide open for you” (1 Corinthians 16:23)

When we are told to practice Social Distancing, Jesus says, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

When the news around us feeds us with fear, we have an assurance that the Holy Spirit will comfort us and will give us peace. “ But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

It is our prayer that you will find God’s love in your hearts today and together, we can still find hope amidst the pandemic.

In God, there is NO Cancelation. No suspension. No postponement. He is with us always.
