PET plastic is a material with excellent properties that can be recycled over and over again. The only thing that can limit the closed-loop recycling of PET is the lack of plastic bottles available for recycling due to low levels of collection. If not recycled properly, they will end up in our landfills and will only contribute to plastic pollution. Plastics like these can break down into tiny pieces called microplastics which spreads easily in our oceans as well as bays, lakes, and even in our drinking water.

Cartons are made from 70-90% paperboard, which is recyclable just like any other paper or card. It can be made into new products such as new boxes, paper bags, paper towels, newspaper and writing paper. Recycling cartons helps to save natural resources and reduce the amount of waste that is incinerated or sent to landfill.

No longer fools in April. Today, we are going to be extra environmentally smart and aware. Earth Month is celebrated annually in April. 🌍

It's a time to raise awareness and create consciousness around the issues that affect mother nature during this time of crisis.
