Dinner Rolls
Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add wet ingredients
Add warm milk and egg. Mix until combined.
Add butter, then knead until smooth and soft.
3. Shape
Divide dough into 16 pieces.
Roll into smooth balls.
4. Rest
Place in a greased pan. Cover and rest for 10–15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
5. Bake
Brush with milk.
Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.
6. Finish
Brush with melted butter. Serve warm.
