Our customer from New Zealand contacted us to have a new gate fabricated, as their old one was no longer visually pleasing and was not professionally built. They shared the design they wanted, and we made sure to turn their vision into a well-crafted, high-quality gate built to match their expectations.

Despite the rush and our hectic schedule that day—we had already installed another gate earlier—we still made it a priority to complete and install theirs right on time, as they were returning to New Zealand the very next day. Our team even extended their working hours and rendered overtime just to make sure everything was finished for our customer’s convenience.

And just like that, another busy yet productive day added to the books!

Our customer is a valued repeat client, and one of our previous projects for her was a roof repair. Despite sudden climate changes and strong storms over time, the roof remains solid, durable, and problem-free up to this day.

Because of the trust we’ve built through quality work and reliable service, she once again chose your one and only Sausa Steel Works—this time for a brand-new gate. She had been dealing with her old sagging gate for quite some time, even after having it repaired multiple times by other shops. Instead of spending more on temporary fixes, she decided it was time to remove it completely and have a new one fabricated.

And just like that—another project successfully completed, and another satisfied customer.

Our customer—who is also a close relative—asked us to build a custom-designed food cart in a “city-spec” version, meaning the dimensions must comply with city government regulations. Under these specifications, the cart would be quite small. Since they plan to offer a variety of food items, working within such a limited space would make operations challenging.

To address this issue, we developed an innovative solution: a foldable extension that maximizes functionality without compromising compliance. When the cart is in transit, the extension folds neatly and serves as a protective cover. Once stationed for selling, it can be unfolded and used as an additional table and overhead cover, effectively expanding the workspace while maintaining the required city dimensions.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR ESTIMATES/QUOTATIONS ARE NOT FREE

We put a lot of time and effort into every quotation—site visits, measurements, checking material prices, doing computations, preparing formal documents, and covering transportation expenses. Unfortunately, many inquiries in the past did not value this work, and some only used our quotations as a guide before hiring others.

Because of this, we have implemented a “No Service Fee, No Quotation” policy.

This helps us at least recover our costs for gas, time, and effort. Don’t worry—our fees are very affordable.

Customer is also a repeater. We made her a sliding gate (which can be found in our albums) years ago and despite of the gate being exposed to the rain and sun (gate isn't covered), it still works fine until now.

Customer remembered us for the gate we made her so she reached out to us and showed us her existing staircase in her home.

Previous contractor (only reason they hired that contractor 'cause she was having a hard time finding our page) tried transferring this existing staircase, thinking they could do it with their own technology and ideas. After a week, they abandoned it. Customer was frustrated and disappointed.

Customer hired us so we can fix all the issues the previous contractor made. They made it harder for us since we have to redo the existing structure, that means: Cut, measure, level, weld, grind, sand, paint. If not for their mistakes, we can skip the first part and other parts.

After less than a week, we made it more functional, stronger and looks pleasing too.

Customer was amazed that she even gave us refrigerator magnets from where she's staying now (Los Angeles, California) and keychain from Italy.

And oh, did I mention that 80% of the materials we used were already from owner's previous project? She wanted to reuse all of them so that we can build this project without breaking the bank. Customer is a repeater. We made him his sleek-moving sliding gate (can also be seen in the pictures) years ago, even before the pandemic started and gate still works fine until now.

He reached out to us if we can do him a spiral staircase. With no hesitations, we did what we do best: to make our customers happy and contented with all the products we do for them.

Customer contacted us and asked for an advice on what we can do with the staircase that was infested with termites. We assessed everything and saw that the framing of the stairs were still intact and in good shape.

To keep it low-cost, we decided to use the existing frames and just change the old infested plywood steps, change into a new checkered plate steps that will not only make the structure look good and strong but will also make the termites think twice 'cause they can never bite a solid sheet of metal.

We didn't waste time and we proceeded to do the job. In less than 5 days, we did everything that was included in our scope of work: Removing the old infested boards, cleaning the area and the existing structure, preparing of materials, adding reinforcement for the existing structure, cutting and installing the plates, primering and painting it with the black finish.

Customer is happier because of the outcome.

Our dear customer reached out to us 'cause they rented a place for them to stay till the next 5 years and since they're not staying that long, she wanted us to build an inexpensive shed-type roof for her dogs using the materials she already have and other brand new materials we needed for the project.

And after 5 days, we made it! Happy dogs, happy dog lover. We did it again!
