📢 Skycharge PH – Typhoon Safety Advisory
Good day! As the typhoon approaches, we want to ensure your safety and protect your solar investment. Please review these important reminders:
1. Secure all loose items around your home. Flying debris can potentially damage your solar panels.
2. If PAGASA raises Signal #3 or higher in your area, please turn OFF your solar system for safety:
✅ Turn OFF the AC breaker
✅ Turn OFF the DC switch
✅ Turn OFF the inverter
3. Please note that damage caused by debris or strong winds is not covered by warranty, but our team is always ready to assist with inspection or repair.
4. If you prefer, we can temporarily remove your panels before the typhoon. (Service charge applies.)
5. After the storm, inspect your roof from the ground first. If everything appears safe, you may turn the system back on following the correct startup procedure.
