A Filipino pet owner found a way to let his beloved bird fly again. 🇵🇭♥️
After a cat attack left his lovebird, Nitya, unable to properly fly, walk, or land, Davao-based pet owner Marc Joseph Colando refused to give up on giving her the joy of the skies. 🐦
