Job Description
Onboarding Process:
Marketing Agreement/ FB Access- Send out and Complete
Confirm Locations, Phone Number, Hours of Operation, Logos
Send out Login Credentials
Landing Pages
CRM SYSTEM (Opportunity, Confirming Appointments, Managing Leads)
Import Hotlist
Push Accounts Live:
Make sure everything is built accordingly and correct the spending and the months running
Managing Accounts:
Quick responses and revisions to customer concerns/ complaints
Reach out to accounts 10 days before their free trial ends and convert them into a prepay
Send Renewal Contracts
Manage Spend - Make sure payments go through
Actively update the appropriate spreadsheets (Marketing Tracker, IR Marketing Tracker, Pre-pay)
Payments:
Disputes every week
Update Innate Commission Sheet
Collect Digital Hustle Commission Sheet
Characteristics/ Traits:
Personable but Instructive: Able to build rapport with clients while also guiding them and providing necessary information.
Organized: Capable of managing multiple accounts, tracking payments, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Fluent English: Necessary for clear and effective communication with clients.
Strong Communication Skills: Essential for quick responses, revisions, and managing client concerns and complaints.
Able to Manage Multiple People/Accounts: Demonstrates the capacity to handle various client relationships and their diverse needs simultaneously.
