Pag nagbebenta ka — ikaw ang lumalapít. Pag may brand ka — sila ang lalapit sa iyo.

Halimbawa: Walang brand: Nagpo-post ka ng unit. Nag-aabang ng likes. Walang tumutugon. Nag-follow up ka sa mga lead. Minsan tatanggihan ka. Minsan ghost. May brand: Kilala ka na ng mga tao.

Alam na nila kung sino ka at ano ang ginagawa mo. Pag may naghahanap ng unit o ng tulong — ikaw ang unang naiisip nila. Hindi ito mangyayari overnight. Pero nagsisimula ito sa tamang post. Tamang salita. Tamang pagpapakita ng kung sino ka talaga.

I considered myself a workplace renaissance man as I found myself in different jobs with multiple industries within the last 27 years. Ang tawag ng iba "Jack of all trades"; master of none. Lol!
