📌 Looking for Part-Time Bid Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bid Support Assistant to help monitor bid opportunities and assist with project coordination..
✨ No prior experience in reading drawings or CRM systems? That’s okay!
We are open to applicants who are willing to learn. Training and guidance will be provided.
🔹 Responsibilities
1. Monitor and Review Emails
-Check incoming bid invitations and project-related emails daily
-Identify scope requirements, deadlines, and relevant attachments (plans, specs, addenda)
Organize and flag priority bids
2. Assess Scope Requirements
-Review drawings and specifications to determine if required items are included
-Identify scope requirements
-Log opportunities in HubSpot (project details, GC information, bid date, scope notes)
3. Client Outreach and Follow-Up
-Contact General Contractors / Project Managers to:
-Confirm scope requirements
-Clarify project duration
-Express interest in bidding (if not yet confirmed)
-Maintain professional communication
-Track responses and updates in HubSpot
💻 Requirements
-Computer / Laptop
-Reliable high-speed internet
-Ability to work independently
-Willingness to learn and take feedback
🛠 Preferred Skills (Not Required)
-Strong attention to detail
-Organized and deadline-oriented
-Clear and professional written communication
-Basic knowledge of construction industry (a plus but not required)
-Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets (basic level is fine)
