🏁One Team. One Pit Crew. One Mission.🏎️

What a powerful two days with the PECCI team in an F1-inspired teambuilding experience—bringing the 15 Laws of Teamwork by John Maxwell to life through collaboration, challenges, reflection, and a whole lot of energy. 🏎️

We explored what it takes to move from individual performance to team performance—building trust, communicating with purpose, taking shared accountability, and leading through service.

Because just like in Formula 1, no driver wins alone. Behind every great performance is a pit crew that knows its role, trusts one another, and works toward one finish line.

A heartfelt thank you to Co-operative College of the Philippines and Officers and staff of PECCI for the opportunity to work with you and create an experience that reminds us:

Serve. Support. Improve. Move Forward.

🏁 One Team. One Pit Crew. One Mission.

🚀Your expertise may get you in the room.
Your executive presence determines what happens next.

At DTCC, we worked with managers and leaders on the power of Executive Presence, Gravitas, and Connection—drawing from John Maxwell’s Executive Presence and Everybody Communicates, Few Connect.

Because leadership communication is more than delivering a message.

It’s about creating trust.
Building credibility.
Strengthening influence.
And moving people to action.

For today’s leaders, executive presence isn’t a nice-to-have.

It’s a leadership advantage.

Thank you, DTCC, for the opportunity to develop leaders who don’t just communicate—but connect, influence, and lead with impact.

What happens to your organization when a key leader suddenly leaves?

If the answer is, “We’ll figure it out,” you may not have a succession plan—you may have a risk.

I recently facilitated a 2-day Succession Planning Workshop with the officers of San Dionisio Credit Cooperative, focused on one critical question:

Who are we developing today to lead tomorrow?

We identified critical roles, assessed the leadership bench, mapped future requirements, and created development actions for potential successors.

Because succession planning isn’t about replacing leaders.

It’s about building leaders before you need them.

The future of every organization—and every cooperative—is built by the leaders we develop today.

Is your leadership pipeline ready for tomorrow?

Thank you Co-operative College of the Philippines for this opportunity to serve!

One of the most important investments we can make is bringing industry and education together.

It was a privilege to partner with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Makati and the University of Makati to deliver a session on Leadership for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for university students and MSME members.

What if our students didn’t just prepare for jobs—but created them?

That was the challenge I had the privilege of sharing during my talk on Leadership for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, in partnership with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Makati and the University of Makati.

It was inspiring to engage with university students preparing for their future careers alongside MSME owners and entrepreneurs committed to growing their businesses and creating opportunities for others.

Our conversation centered on one powerful truth from John Maxwell:

“Everything rises and falls on leadership.”

Innovation doesn’t begin with technology—it begins with self-leadership, character, and the courage to solve real problems.

Together, we explored how Filipino values such as malasakit, bayanihan, integrity, and lifelong learning can become the foundation for building businesses that are innovative, sustainable, and impactful.

My sincere appreciation to PCCI Makati and the University of Makati for bringing together education and industry to equip the next generation of Filipino leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs.

The future belongs to those who don’t wait for opportunities—they create them.

Why Client Feedback Matters!

The real measure of any session or activity isn’t completion—it’s impact.

That’s why client feedback matters. It helps us continuously improve and ensure every engagement delivers meaningful value to leaders, teams, and organizations.

Thank you PECCI MPC BOD and Officers for your feedback! Thank you Co-operative College of the Philippines for your trust! 🫶

Stronger Together: Kasi sa PECCI, ang Pagtulong Masaya!

High-performing organizations are not built solely on strategy—they are built by leaders who trust one another, communicate with intention, and align behind a shared purpose.

It was an honor to facilitate the PECCI Multipurpose Cooperative Officers Leadership and Team Effectiveness Program, where we worked with officers to strengthen collaboration across committees and generations, deepen trust, clarify roles, and develop leadership capabilities grounded in the John Maxwell leadership principles.

Over two days, we explored what it takes to build a high-impact leadership team—from self-leadership and growth mindset to effective communication, role clarity, decision-making, and the habits that sustain organizational excellence.

One insight stood out:

Leadership is not measured by individual capability but by the team’s ability to achieve meaningful results together.

When leaders create psychological safety, embrace accountability, and align around common goals, they build more than stronger relationships—they create the conditions for sustainable performance and lasting organizational impact.

My sincere appreciation to Co-operative College of the Philippines for their trust and the PECCI Board and Officers led by Chairperson Alvin Santos, Vice-Chair Marv Santos and Vice-Chair Educ Com Krizel Abasula for your openness, engagement, and commitment to continuous growth. Your willingness to invest in leadership development is an investment in the future of your cooperative and the communities you serve.

Because in every successful organization, stronger leaders build stronger teams, and stronger teams build stronger cooperatives.

PS. Hands-off and thank you France, Anjie, Eliza and my bro Marlon for your support!
