🚨𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐙𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓
Isinailalim na sa State of Calamity ang buong lalawigan ng Occidental Mindoro dahil sa epekto ng Habagat (Southwest Monsoon) at mga bagyong Crising, Emong, at Dante.

Alinsunod sa Section 6 ng Republic Act No. 7581 (Price Act), na inamyendahan ng RA 10623, awtomatikong ipinatutupad ang price freeze sa mga pangunahing bilihin sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng State of Calamity ng hindi lalagpas ng 60 araw.

Ang mga sumusunod na basic necessities sa ilalim ng hurisdiksyon ng DTI ay sakop ng price freeze:
1. Canned fish and other marine products
2. Processed milk (evaporated, condensed, and powdered milk)
3. Coffee
4. Laundry/ detergent soap
5. Candles
6. Bread (tasty and pandesal)
7. Iodized salt
8. Instant Noodles
9. Bottled Water

Ang sinumang lalabag sa itinakdang price freeze ay maaaring patawan ng pagkakakulong mula 1 hanggang 10 taon, o multang ₱5,000 hanggang ₱1,000,000, ayon sa desisyon ng korte.

Maaari ring ipataw ang mga administratibong parusa tulad ng pansamantalang o permanenteng pagpapasara, pagkumpiska ng produkto, kanselasyon ng permit, at cease and desist order, alinsunod sa umiiral na patakaran.

Patuloy ang DTI Occidental Mindoro sa mahigpit na price at supply monitoring upang matiyak ang pagsunod ng mga establisyemento at maprotektahan ang mga mamimili.

Para sa mga ulat o katanungan, makipag-ugnayan sa DTI Provincial Office o sa Negosyo Center sa inyong lugar.

📢 Magtanong sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng DTI kung may kahina-hinalang promo o transaksyon.
