USRN Quality Analyst – BPO
📍 Location: Pasig City — Onsite

💰 Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱92,000 + 10% Night Differential

Position Overview
We are hiring 5 USRN Quality Analysts to join a strong Healthcare BPO operation in Pasig.
This opportunity is open to experienced SMEs who have hands-on experience in auditing, coaching, and providing performance feedback. We are looking for healthcare professionals with strong clinical and BPO backgrounds who can ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Active USRN License
Strong Healthcare BPO experience
1+ year Hospital / Bedside experience
Hospital experience in OR (Operating Room) or ED (Emergency Department) preferred/required
Open to SMEs with Quality/Auditing experience
Experience conducting audits, coaching sessions, and feedback
Strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality standards
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify quality gaps and recommend corrective actions
Willing to work onsite in Pasig
Willing to work night shift
Can start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of healthcare BPO transactions and processes.
Evaluate interactions based on established quality and compliance standards.
Provide constructive coaching and feedback to healthcare representatives.
Identify recurring quality issues and performance gaps.
Partner with Operations and Training teams to improve overall performance.
Assist in root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate audit documentation and quality reports.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, client, and operational requirements.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Work Details
💰 ₱90,000 – ₱92,000 Monthly Salary
🌙 + 10% Night Differential
