Lately, I’ve been occupied with many concerns… kaya naging inconsistent yung quiet time ko with the Lord. But God gently reminded me of Psalm 1:1-3..

“Blessed is the one… whose delight is in the law of the Lord… He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season.”

Even in hard seasons, if you’re planted right… you will still bear fruit. And regardless of what we’re going through, real joy still comes from being rooted in Him.

I hope this encourages you the way it encouraged me. God is faithful. 🙏

A good salary can pay the bills… and still not build freedom.

May income, may trabaho, nappromote pa. Pero bakit minsan parang kulang pa rin sa options?

Because income alone doesn’t always create security. Sometimes it only sustains expenses. Real freedom is not just earning more, it’s building options.

Hindi kulang ang sipag. Marami namang masisipag. Baka kulang lang sa tamang vehicle.

Madaling sabihin na gusto nating umasenso… hanggang dumaan ka sa proseso.

Hindi problema yung hirap…
problema yung maliit ang dahilan or yung “WHY” para magpatuloy.

Marami ang gustong maging successful.

Pero pag dumaan na sa proseso… dun na nagkakaalaman.

Yung iba, hanggang salita lang.
Yung iba naman, tumitigil pag nahirapan.

Pero yung tunay na nagiging successful?

Sila yung kahit mahirap… tumutuloy pa rin.

Extraordinary Mindset.

We are ordinary people, but we have to have an extraordinary mindset.

Normal people is like this,
If they see some challenges and they feel like it's hard,
basically they will just give up.

If they feel uncomfortable in the business,
they will just give up.

They don’t realize that when you're uncomfortable,
when it means sacrifices, effort, challenges,
this is the time you need to pursue and continue.

Because all the learning starts from here.

If you're not uncomfortable,
it means you're not trying things that are unusual to you.

Remember, for our results to change,
we have to change what we do.

If it feels uncomfortable, it doesn’t always mean stop
minsan, yun na yung signal na nagg-grow ka. 💪

Alam mo kung anong tawag sa trials?
Life.

Whether we like it or not,
lahat tayo makaka-encounter ng challenges.

Hindi natin maiiwasan yan.

Pero eto yung magandang perspective.

Kung titignan mo lang siya as malas,
hindi mo makikita yung purpose niya.

Kasi minsan,
yung challenges, parte lang talaga ng buhay.

Minsan dahil sa situation.
Minsan dahil sa decisions natin.

Pero in general…

God allows challenges sa buhay natin
kasi may gusto Siyang ituro.

Gusto Niya tayong palaguin.

Kasi ang totoo
hindi ka lalago kung walang challenge.

Isipin mo yung mga pinaka-mahirap na pinagdaanan mo.

Yung akala mo end na.

Anong nangyari after?

Mas naging matibay ka.
Mas naging wise ka.
Mas naging mature ka.

And now…

God can use that experience
para makatulong ka din sa iba.

Kahit anong training pa ang ibigay sayo…
kung hindi ka maniniwala sa sarili mo, mahirap umusad.

Simple lang, pero totoo.

We can guide you.
We can share strategies.
We can even encourage you.

Pero at the end of the day,
ikaw pa rin ang magde-decide kung maniniwala ka sa sarili mo.

Growth starts there.

Pero hindi lang mindset.

Kailangan din ng humility to learn.

Yung marunong makinig.
Yung open matuto.
Yung hindi agad “alam ko na yan.”

Kasi minsan, dun tayo naiipit.

We stop growing not because kulang ang opportunity,
but because sarado na tayo matuto.

Marami tayong blind spots.

And sometimes, growth comes
when we allow others to speak into our life.

Grateful to be recognized as Entrepreneur of the Quarter.

But more than the award…
this moment reminded me of something deeper.

All glory belongs to God.
Because without Him, none of this would be possible.

Hindi ako graduate.
Wala akong “perfect background.”

But through His grace, I was given an opportunity
and the strength to grow through it.

Sales changed my life.

Not because it made me successful overnight,
but because it taught me how to serve people.

Hindi lang siya tungkol sa income.
It gave me the ability to provide…
and at the same time, be present for my family.

Sales is not about convincing people.
It’s about solving problems and adding value.

For many of us, we were taught to:
Study hard
Get a stable job
Stay safe

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

But along the way, I realized
there are other paths that can also create growth, impact, and opportunity.

This profession gave me that perspective.

Not shortcuts.
Not pressure.

But process, mentorship, and growth.

And this recognition?

It’s not just a win.

It’s a reminder of God’s faithfulness
and what’s possible when you stay faithful with what’s been entrusted to you.
