📌 QUALIFICATIONS
• At least High School Graduate or equivalent
• With proven experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or similar establishments is preferred
• Knowledgeable in room cleaning standards, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties
• Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

📌 QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or motorpool supervision
• Experience managing drivers, vehicle maintenance, and daily operational activities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance, transportation operations, and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting
