Position: Tenements and Permitting Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
**Prepares reports and coordinate with other departments in ensuring compliance with all the submission of reportorial requirements with concern government agencies.
Perform liaison work, presentation and group discussion of company plans and programs to various local and national government agencies for proper endorsement and certification approval.
Conducts internal monitoring and audit of implementation of activities and programs of exploration, mining, environmental and safety programs and prepares compliances technical reports submitted to MGB/DENR.
Prepare and compiles internal and external correspondence, as well correspondence to LGU, MGB/DENR and other government units.
Other duties that may be assigned.

Qualification
**Graduate of mining related course is an advantage (Mining, Geology, Mettalurgy)
** At least 2 years mines/quarry processing plant permitting.

Required Knowledge
** Must be well acquainted with R.A 7942 (Philippine Mining Act of 1995 and DAO 2010-21, its IRR and other related government regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the immediate processing of documents needed for licenses
Maintain a variety of logs and records on permits and renewal schedules
Other duties may assigned

Qualifications:
College Graduate in any course
At least 2 years in permitting and other related work experience
At least 1 year experience in any management and compliance work
Basic skills for Mapping and Mining Law

The Purchaser is responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements. He/ she performs systematic analysis to identify and select the best value for materials and services.

Job Requirements:
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration or any Supply Chain Management related courses.
• With at least two (2) years work experience in the same field.
• Has good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
• Preferably with knowledge in using SAP system.
• Willing to be assigned in project sites.
