We are a large ghostwriting service currently looking to hire voice talents to narrate and edit (according to the platform’s audio submission requirements) the books our writing team produces for our clients.
Our narration service is a well-established part of our mission to deliver quality in all that we do.
If you are someone that takes pride in their work and is looking to earn a consistent income doing something you enjoy while working with an exciting and motivated team, then this is your opportunity!
Our company produces writing on a range of subjects, both fiction and nonfiction. You'll always have a unique and enjoyable project to work on! We'll always place you on projects you'll like/enjoy, however, priority will be given to team members comfortable with a range of topics (across both departments). Regardless of your preferences, please still apply, as a project could be waiting for you.
Our current rate is $70 per 10k words for Nonfiction and $90 per 10k words for Fiction. Projects range from 20k words to 150k words. We pay by 10k words (roughly 1 hour and 10 mins of recording) as it's easier to match how we charge clients. We offer:

NO applying, proposing, and waiting for each project.
We're looking for experienced narrators with easy to understand, generic US, CAN or British accents. Both male and female narrators are welcome.
Our requirements:
You are experienced with ACX narrating and editing requirements.
You have narrated and edited at least 3-4 books on ACX.com
You can record very high-quality audio and can edit according to ACX submission requirements.
You are native British, Canadian or American.
You can record and edit 10,000 words in 3-4 days.
You are looking for long-term work.
You are motivated by ensuring your client is happy.
You are reliable, well spoken and open to constructive criticism.
Few things to consider
Client satisfaction is the core of our cultural principle. It not only allows us to grow, but to also provide you with more work opportunities. Due to this we offer clients unlimited revisions on all our products. Narrating can make major revisions harder, which is why we strive to balance both fairness to our narrators and keeping our clients happy. The way we do this is by providing updates for review and having an attitude that is open to help the client and provide solutions. Our clients are typically easy to work with, but we find sharing our mindset early on helps guide you through every stage of the process.
We also use our own team ACX profile. We may adjust this in the future, but this is the current process we have in place. You may still add samples to your own ACX profile.
Communication is important. Unlike other ghostwriting services, we have open communication between all staff and clients. This makes things smoother and everyone gets paid sooner! So good and fast communication within our platform is important.
