If there’s one thing I hate, it’s hyping.
Mahirap paniwalaan,
too good to be true lalo na for someone na hindi naiintindihan how the SWAPP system works.

Charlie Ramos has been doing e-commerce dropshipping of Salveowell products for 3 years already and this is what happened to him. And yes lahat fully paid. Walang hulugan.

His results are exceptional. 💪💪💪

DTI has officially dropped the proposal after the massive backlash.

Otherwise, we’re just complaining.

So here’s my proposal:
(Mambabatas yarn?!)

Instead of requiring permits and long waiting times for every ad campaign…

why not create a MODERN online system?

Use AI + clear advertising guidelines.

Businesses can submit ads digitally and get:

* instant approval if compliant
* automatic flagging if there are suspicious claims
* manual review only for questionable ads

This way, we can protect consumers from scams, fake products, and bad advertisers…

WITHOUT slowing down legitimate entrepreneurs and businesses.

That’s smarter.
That’s scalable.
That’s modern.

Modern problems need modern solutions.

Halos digital na lahat ngayon, lalo na businesses.

You cannot solve a digital problem with an old-school solution.

Government systems should evolve too.

Bakit parang nasa Jurassic era pa rin ang ilang sistema natin habang digital na ang mundo?

Oh yes I heard it na… what a disappointment!

THIS IS A STEP BACKWARD — NOT FORWARD.

Grabeng ka old-school ang proposal na ito.
Parang hindi talaga naiintindihan kung paano nagwo-work ang digital marketing today.

Digital ads are NOT like traditional TV commercials.

Hindi ito yung gagawa ka ng isang commercial tapos okay na for the next 6 months.

In digital marketing, we test.
We optimize.
We adjust DAILY.

Sa digital marketing, TESTING ang laban.

Minsan gagawa kami ng:

* 10 videos
* 20 captions
* iba’t ibang thumbnails
* iba’t ibang audiences
* multiple campaigns

…para lang makita kung alin talaga ang effective.

So lahat yan hihingan ng permit?

Magbabayad ng minimum ₱975 PER campaign?
At pwede pa umabot hanggang libo-libo?

Tapos maghihintay pa ng hanggang 30 DAYS approval PER CAMPAIGN???

Wow. This is laughable sorry to say.

This proposal feels completely disconnected from how the digital world actually works today.

The digital world moves FAST.

Minsan ang trend ngayon, wala na next week.
Minsan ang campaign kailangan i-adjust agad within HOURS.

That’s how modern marketing works.

Paano makakasabay ang MSMEs?
Paano ang startups?
Paano ang small online businesses?
Paano ang ordinaryong Pilipino na gusto lang magsimula ng negosyo online?

This will not hurt big corporations the most.

Ang pinaka tatamaan dito:

* small businesses
* online sellers
* content creators
* startups
* digital entrepreneurs

In a world where other countries are pushing innovation, supporting startups, and empowering digital businesses…

why are we making it HARDER for Filipino entrepreneurs to grow online?

We support consumer protection.

Pero sana policies also reflect how modern digital business actually works today.

Because honestly…
this feels like dagdag hirap sa entrepreneurs instead na dagdag tulong.

Sa panahon ngayon kung saan maraming Pilipino ang umaasa sa online negosyo para mabuhay…
