We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our growing team!

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller
✅ Experience working with ISO-certified organizations / ISO standards
✅ Knowledge of Document Control procedures and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
✅ Familiarity with document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document tracking
✅ Experience managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
✅ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of document management systems is an advantage
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Good communication and coordination skills

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
📂 Manage and maintain project documents and records
📑 Ensure proper document numbering, revision, distribution, and filing
🔄 Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are available
📤 Prepare and manage document transmittals and submissions
🔍 Ensure documentation complies with company ISO/QMS requirements
