Steamed Chocolate Torta Recipe

Ingredients
4 cup all purpose flour (480g)
1 cup cocoa powder (80g)
3 tbsp baking powder (30g)
2 teaspoon baking soda (6g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
1¾ cup sugar brown or white (350g)

4 egg medium size
2 cup Evap/fresh milk/water (500ml)
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter (84g)
1/3 cup cooking oil any brand (93ml)

Make 13 to 15 pcs 4.5 inches mamon molds

ITO YONG CAKE NA MASUSURPRESA KA SA SOBRANG SARAP! HINAHANAP HANAP NG CUSTOMERS KAHIT MAHAL . GANITO ANG PAGAWA SUNDAN MO LANG BAWAT LAYER.

CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE RECIPE
YEILD : 8-9 kung ganyang lagayan ang gamitin mo tawag dyan clear oval container kasya ang medium Lanera (1/2 cup mahigit bawat lanera)

DRY NGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup + 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp black coffee powder or nescafe stick

WET INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Buttermilk (1cup+1tbsp plain vinegar)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 Large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 cup hot water

PROCEDURE:
- sift all dry ingredients in a bowl then haluin. Set aside
- in a separate bowl, ilagay lahat ng wet ingredients then haluin.
- Maliban sa hot water, Pagsamahin ang wet and dry ingredients at haluin ito but do not overmix.
- Ilagay na ang 1 cup hot water then mix again and Salain ulit ang mixture.
- Then grease your lanera pan and pour Mixture.

BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 120- 130c / 30-35 min. Do toothpick test.
NOTE: Use quality unsweetened cocoa powder for best result of your baked goodies. If steam ang gagawin low fire 30-35 min. (do toothpick test)

2ND LAYER CUSTARD CREAM :
- 1 can condensed milk (big)
- 1 can Evap milk (big)
- 4 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 Nestle cream (250ml)
- 1/3 or 1/4 cup butter (pwede na ang 1/3)

PROCEDURE:
- Paghaluin Lang ito Lahat maliban sa butter and Nestle cream, e mix mabuti hanggang matunaw ang cornstarch at salain muna bago isalang.
- Isalang na sa mahinang apoy at wag tigilan sa paghalo para hindi masunog. Kapag malapot na turn off the stove then add na yong nestle cream and butter then mix again. Cool Down first bago ilagay sa cake.

3RD LAYER CHOCOLATE FUDGE:
- 1 can condensed milk (big)
- 1 can Evap milk (big)
- 1 tsp espresso or 1 nescafe stick
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 nestle cream 250ml
- 1/3 or 1/4 cup butter (1/3 pwede na)

PROCEDURE:

1st Layer: Chocomoist Cake
2nd Layer: Custard Cream
3rd Layer: Chocolate Fudge
Last: dusted cocoa powder
