Why many OFWs feel stuck… even with good pay
This is something not everyone is ready to admit—but many quietly feel.
✅ You earn well
✅ You provide for your family
✅ You’re doing “better” than before
Yet deep inside, something feels off.
Here’s why ⬇️
💸 Good pay doesn’t always mean freedom
You still trade time for money. When work stops, income usually stops too.
🌍 Being far from home has a cost
You carry responsibility, pressure, and homesickness—often alone.
📈 Expenses increase, but salary has limits
Family needs grow. Inflation grows. But income growth can feel capped.
🔁 You were trained to be an employee
Most OFWs were taught how to work hard—but not how to build options.
And no—feeling this way does not mean you’re ungrateful.
It simply means you’re becoming aware.
Aware that you want choices, growth, and a future that’s not tied only to a single paycheck.
