Ang proyektong ito ay magtitiyak na ang aming network ay patuloy na makapagbibigay ng 24/7 na serbisyo, kahit sa oras ng pagkawala ng kuryente o iba pang power emergencies.

📢 Abiso sa Aming mga Minamahal na Subscriber

Magandang araw po.

Matagumpay na po naming naisagawa ang network upgrade upang maayos ang isyu sa pag-access ng GCash at Mobile Legends.

Sa unang plano, kinakailangan sana naming i-restart ang aming server upang tuluyang maipatupad ang update. Ngunit dahil karamihan sa aming mga subscriber ay hindi naman nakakaranas ng nasabing problema, napagdesisyunan naming huwag na munang gawin ang server restart upang maiwasan ang 5–10 minutong pagkawala ng internet ng lahat ng subscribers.

Kung sakaling makaranas pa rin kayo ng problema sa pag-access ng GCash o Mobile Legends, ang kailangan lamang gawin ay:

1. Patayin ang inyong modem.
2. Maghintay ng 5 segundo.
3. Buksan muli ang modem at hintaying makakonekta.

Sa karamihan ng kaso, maaayos na nito ang problema. Wala na po kayong kailangang baguhin o i-configure sa inyong modem.
