• With experience in polishing plastic injection mold inserts

Skills and Abilities:

• Skills in mold making and troubleshooting mold defects
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Good communication skills both in written and verbal.
• Good in math-related activities or analyzing mold problems.
• Have experience polishing inserts to a variety of finishes
• Familiar with common polishing practices and tools
• Be able to polish high cavitation tools and repeat the same finish across the whole tool
• Attention to detail
