Being the strongest one in the room.
Making the final decisions.

Resignation is part of leadership.

Not every departure is about conflict.
Sometimes, it reveals where structure needs strengthening, where roles weren’t fully clear, or where expectations weren’t aligned.

As leaders, we can’t control who stays.
But we can control how prepared the organization is when someone leaves.

Leadership isn’t about preventing exits.
It’s about building something steady enough to continue — even when change happens.

Profit and cash are not the same.

If you’re not monitoring cash flow closely,
you can still get stuck — even while showing profit.

2 days into a 9-day face-to-face Life Coaching Excellence training.

This is just the beginning — followed by a 2-month journey toward certification.

Grateful to be learning from Professor Coach Edwin Soriano, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, and to be in a room where growth is taken seriously.

Running businesses has taught me a lot.

This season is teaching me something deeper — presence, awareness, and the discipline of helping others find clarity for themselves.

We’re also diving into NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) — and I’ll be sharing more soon about what that really means and why it matters for leaders.

Still learning. Still stretching. Still growing.
