iTeraSource Philippines Corp. is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of outbound telecommunications. You will oversee and guide our telesales agents in delivering exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving strong sales results.
You will be the driving force behind a growing team of outbound sales agents.
Location: In-office, Mandaue City, Cebu
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Night Shift)
Team Size: Directly managing 3-5 outbound sales agents
Requirements:
✅3-5 years of sales experience, with 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a BPO operations environment.
✅Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments.
✅Telecommunications (Telco) experience is highly preferred.
✅Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications, including (but not limited to) Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft 365.
✅Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
