Our sustainability journey continues as we expand our solar energy initiatives to Mantlewood Town Center, through our partnership with First Gen Energy Solutions.
Following our initial commitment to develop an on-site solar power facility at Oakridge Business Park, we are extending this initiative to Mantlewood with a planned 648 kWp solar power facility.

With Oakridge Business Park powered by 100% renewable energy since 2023, this next step reflects our continuing commitment to integrating cleaner energy solutions across our developments and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.

As we grow, we continue to build with purpose, creating spaces and communities with a more sustainable future in mind.

A former Matimco warehouse site in Mandaue City has been transformed into Mantlewood Town Center, Oakridge Realty Development Corp.'s newest mixed-use development. Its P1-billion first phase brings together retail, dining and lifestyle offerings, with more phases and a public Agri-Eco Park planned.
