We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can help manage our daily e-commerce operations across:

🛒 Shopee
🛍️ Lazada
🎵 TikTok Shop
📱 Facebook Marketplace / Meta Commerce

What you’ll do:
✅ Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders
✅ Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse & logistics teams
✅ Handle customer inquiries, cancellations, returns, and refunds
✅ Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock levels
✅ Prepare sales reports and monitor performance
✅ Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and platform promotions

What we’re looking for:
✨ Senior High School graduate or higher
✨ Experience in e-commerce, online selling, or sales operations

✨ Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and seller center platforms

📦 WE’RE HIRING: ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage and monitor the end-to-end processing of orders across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other e-commerce platforms.

📌 What You’ll Do:

• Monitor orders from receipt to final dispatch
• Track picking, packing, checking, and dispatch status
• Monitor pending, aging, delayed, cancelled, and priority orders
• Coordinate daily manpower based on forecasted order volume
• Monitor Picker, Packer, and Checker productivity
• Assist in training and implementing fulfillment SOPs
• Trace and resolve missing, incorrect, delayed, or failed orders
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams
• Monitor inventory concerns affecting order fulfillment
• Prepare daily fulfillment and productivity reports
• Ensure marketplace cut-off times and fulfillment SLAs are met

🔎 Qualifications:

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order processing, warehouse, logistics, or related operations
✔️ Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms is an advantage
✔️ Experience using an Order Tracking System / Order Management System (OMS) preferred
✔️ WMS knowledge is a plus
✔️ Experience coordinating warehouse personnel is preferred
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
