Asahan bukas sa bandang 12:00 PM, May 25, 2026 (Monday) ay posibleng pumalo ang heat index sa lungsod na aabot sa 44ºC “DANGER”.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na bawasan ang mga pisikal na mga gawain bukas lalo na ang mga taong nakabilad sa initan sapagkat possibleng makaranas ng heat exhaustion, heat cramps, at heat stroke.

ANO ANG MGA DAPAT GAWIN?
• Uminom ng 8-12 na baso ng tubig
• Iwasan ang matagal na pagbilad sa araw
• Magsuot ng light colors at maluwag na damit
• Magpahinga every 30 minutes para maiwasan ang heat exhaustion at heat stroke

ADVISORY: MAGSUOT NG FACEMASK 😷

Ayon sa Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department, naitala ng air quality sensors sa apat na monitored locations ang “Very Unhealthy” na antas ng hangin sa karamihan ng sensors sa lungsod at karatig-lugar bandang 12:00 AM, Abril 27, 2026.

Batay sa datos, posibleng nakaaapekto pa rin ang patuloy na sunog sa Navotas Landfill, kasabay ng direksyon ng hangin patungo sa Maynila at mga kalapit na lungsod.

Mahigpit na pinapayuhan ang publiko, lalo na sa paligid ng Puregold Tayuman, na iwasan muna ang paglabas kung hindi kinakailangan at magsuot ng face mask bilang proteksyon.

Ang mga bata, senior citizens, buntis, at may respiratory illness tulad ng hika ay pinapayuhang manatili muna sa loob ng bahay.

Manatiling alerto at subaybayan ang mga susunod na air quality updates.
