Hey, I'm Abie👋

Five years ago, I was a jack-of-all-trades VA. Managing customer service teams, backend operations, running social media accounts, fixing sites, setting up automations. Basically whatever businesses needed to keep running.

Eventually I was training international teams and building operational processes for SaaS companies. Creating scalable systems became my thing.

At some point I realized: I'm not just "tech support." I'm someone who bridges the gap between complex tech and the people who need to use it.

Now? I create content for tech and SaaS brands. UGC that actually converts because I understand the product inside and out. I teach creators how to break into tech content. And yeah, sometimes I'm up at 2am vibe coding apps no one will ever use just because I can.
I went from doing everything for everyone to creating content and building my own brand.

Life update, since it’s been a minute.

I’ve been offline for a while. Not for anything dramatic. Just life happening. Client work, family, personal projects. I also fell back in love with reading. In October alone I finished five books and four manhwas! (mostly in the horror/thriller genre.)

I also deleted my TikTok account. Not because of some big moral stance, just because I didn’t resonate with what I was creating anymore. It wasn’t me. I’d get thousands of views, but it felt empty. One morning I woke up and realized it was time. No overthinking. Just done. And honestly, it felt like a relief.

I still want to create, but from a different place. Slower. More grounded. More longform. Probably in writing, maybe later on YouTube and not to grow something, but so I can look back at it one day and maybe even share it with my kids.

So this is what I’m choosing instead:

More abundance without pressure
More receiving without hustle
More alignment without selling out
More expression without performative nonsense

Now I’m in this phase of figuring out what alignment looks like for me. And I’m realizing a few things.

I don’t need a niche. I need a channel.
Not a niche like “tech VA” or “mompreneur” or whatever. I mean a frequency the one only I carry. The one people feel when they hear me talk or read what I write.

I’ve started asking myself:
What do people always come to me for?
What have I lived through that shaped how I see the world?

And when it comes to creating, I’ve decided I’m only going to do it in a way that doesn’t drain me.
If I don’t feel like being on camera, I won’t be.
If I’d rather talk than write, I’ll talk.
If I want to brain-dump in bullet points, that’s valid.
If a story wants to come through, I’ll write it longform, even if it’s just once a week.

So yeah, I still want to share. Still want to create. Still want to be generous with what I’ve lived and learned. But on my own terms now.

So that’s where I’m at. I’m not building a brand right now. I’m building a signal. Something I can stand behind.

And I trust the right people feel it.

The hardest part of becoming a Tech VA wasn't learning the skills. It was figuring out what to charge for them.

I had to research what other tech VAs were making, evaluate my skills honestly, and get over imposter syndrome before I stopped undervaluing my work.
