🎓 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 🎓

We thank the 𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 for inviting the 𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗔𝗔) to the Meet the Parents event for the graduating Electronics Engineering Class of 2026! ✨

Through this event, USTECEAA was able to connect with our incoming alumni:

🎙️ 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗭𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝘆𝗮𝘁 delivered an inspirational speech, giving a glimpse of life after the graduation photos are taken and crossing the historic Arch of the Centuries.
💼 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗻 presented the association's current projects and upcoming initiatives, encouraging our soon-to-be alumni to join and stay active in the community.
❤️ 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮 closed with moving remarks on how relationships have anchored the students and their families to this milestone and how these bonds continue to push us forward.

Congratulations, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! We can't wait to officially welcome you to the alumni community. See you all very soon! 🐯💛

A Season of New Beginnings 🌱✨

The University has a new research center, the Research Center for Engineering and Technological Sciences (RCETS), which envisions itself as an inclusive, innovative, and transdisciplinary hub that will bring together various stakeholders to address real-world problems.

The new center, expected to be fully operational in the next academic year, has six initial research areas:
- Advanced electronics and materials engineering
- Bioengineering and biosystems technology
- Advanced data, communications, and computational intelligence systems
- Dynamic systems, robotics, and automation
- Sustainable, climate-adaptive, and resilient engineering systems
- Integrated systems engineering and technological innovations

RCETS is housed in the Roque Ruaño Building and is expected to also occupy laboratories in the UST-Dr. William T. Belo Interdisciplinary Research Institute in UST Manila Annex.
