We congratulate the UST Faculty of Engineering on the successful reaccreditation of all its six bachelor's programs by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)!

The full reaccreditation, which spans six years, will be active until September 30, 2032. ABET recognized the well-rounded formation UST provides through course work, research, practicum, and other forms of linkages and exposure.

Beware of Impersonation and Phishing Attempts

The UST Faculty of Engineering community is advised to remain vigilant against phishing and impersonation attempts using external email accounts.

Recently, an individual posing as a University official created a Google Chat account using the name of the Dean of the UST Faculty of Engineering but with the email address:

[email protected]

⚠️ Please be reminded that:
👉 Official University of Santo Tomas email accounts always end with .edu.ph.
👉 There are no legitimate UST email accounts that end with gmail.com, yahoo.com, or any other public email domain.
👉 Be cautious when receiving unsolicited messages requesting information, asking for your location, personal details, passwords, verification codes, or any confidential data.
👉 Always verify the sender's email address before responding or engaging in any conversation.
👉 If you receive a suspicious message, do not reply, click any links, or share any information. Report it immediately to any UST Official pages.

Let us all remain vigilant and help protect our University community from phishing and social engineering attacks.
