BEFORE MEETING DEATH..... we ought to review what do we believe in, in terms of spirituality. It is very critical not to gamble our very own soul (Matthew 16:26, Mark 8:36). Our bodies will rot, from dust it will return to dust... but out spirit will return to God, supposedly. But along the way, the serpent (satan) came, that separated that spirit early from our souls. So, our souls became dead because of sin. And that soul is just waiting for the time of our death and will face judgment. Hebrews 9:27 says, just as a man shall die once, and after that, to face judgment. Let us not be dependent on whatever our religions have made us to believe. Examine! Are you saved? That is, whenever your soul departs from your body, it will go to the paradise referred to by Jesus in Luke 23:43 and Luke 16:19-31 (it is advised to pick up a Bible and read verses mentioned here). Will our respective religions save us? Will its rituals, sacraments, practices etc. save us? Will our religiosity save us? Definitely no. Lest, I'll not be suspected of inventing things: Read and see for yourselves: Hebrews 10:11, Ephesians 2:8-9, Acts 4:12, John 1:12, John 3:16, John 3:3-7, John 14:6..... AND the ultimate goal in this remaining days of our life is to say what Paul said in Philippians 1:21, "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain" and you are able to taunt death "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting? (1 Corinthians 15:55).
