ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 19

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

🌧️ ADVISORY: Memorandum Circular No. 128 (Aug 18, 2026)

Due to heavy monsoon rains, alternative work arrangements for government offices and alternative learning modes for schools (all levels) are in effect across NCR and key provinces in Luzon today, August 18.

📌 For Private Sector Employers: Work suspension or flexible/remote work arrangements are left to company management discretion.

The commitment to inclusive education doesn't stop at one day! 💙 Following the success of our first assessment activity, the Psychological Assessment (IQ Test) Administration continued at San Jose Elementary School, further reaching more SNED learners and Early Childhood Care (ECC) learners of Floridablanca West District.

Once again, our registered psychologists, SNED teachers, school heads, parents/guardians, and PSDS worked hand in hand to ensure every learner received the attention and assessment they needed — because every child's potential deserves to be discovered. 🌱

🌟 A Milestone for Inclusive Education in Floridablanca! 🌟

On July 22, 2026, San Jose Elementary School and Floridablanca Elementary School became venues of hope and empowerment as we successfully conducted a Psychological Assessment (IQ Test) Administration for our SNED learners and Early Childhood Care (ECC) learners of Floridablanca West District! 💙

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD), and the Local Government Unit of Floridablanca, in partnership with Axelore Business Consultancy Services.

Guided by the theme:
📢 "Working Together to Identify Strengths, Support Needs, and Promote Inclusive Education"

The activity brought together our SNED learners, ECC learners, parents/guardians, registered psychologists, SNED teachers, school heads, and our Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) — all united by one goal: to give every child the support they deserve.

🎯 Our Objectives:
✅ Identify learners' developmental and educational needs
✅ Determine appropriate educational interventions
✅ Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
✅ Strengthen collaboration among parents, teachers, and specialists

Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagdiriwang ng Ika-48 na National Disability Week sa banda, matagumpay na isinagawa ang ng AXELORE Team ang Psychological Assessment para sa mga mag-aaral sa Floridablanca West District sa pangunguna ng Founders Jakeson Quiatchon and Anne Qui.

Ang gawaing ito ay isinakatuparan sa pangunguna ng PDAO, MSWD, at Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Floridablanca, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Floridablanca West District SNED Coordinator, Ma'am Jeannie T. Arminale T. Arminal, PSDS Ma'am Bernabeth B. Manio, PhD, at sa ilalim ng pamumuno ng ating masigasig na Principal II, Sir Enrile G. Muli.
