✨ She asked a room full of children to look at their parents and say three words. What happened next moved everyone to tears. ✨
Last March 30, 2026, our General Manager, Joanna Quiatchon, had the privilege of serving as Guest Speaker at the Moving Up Ceremony for Kindergarten and the Recognition Rites for Grades 1–5 of Caritas Elementary School in Floridablanca, Pampanga.
The event carried the powerful theme: "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character" — and Joanna brought that theme to life through her own story.
A proud daughter of Floridablanca, she grew up exploring everything — school programs, competitions, leadership clubs — with the kind of curiosity that never quite leaves a person. That same spirit took her to the classrooms of Thailand, the boardrooms of Singapore, and back home to the communities she loves most in Pangasinan and Pampanga.
Today, she is a licensed professional teacher, English and academic tutor, educational consultant, business and social media manager, choir conductor, hands-on mother, and a passionate advocate of purpose for women of all ages.
But on that morning at Caritas Elementary School, she was simply someone who believed — deeply — that the children in front of her were already becoming leaders.
Before her speech even began, she invited the students to find their loved ones in the crowd, look them in the eyes, and say:
"Hindi ako nandito kung wala ka. Salamat. Mahal kita."
The room was never quite the same after that.
