Memorandum of Understanding
Following are paragraphs and agreement in which an owner/mother
(----------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo)
and all family members below as follows has agreed that an owned one residencial and one commercial acreage in below given address shall be sold in an amount of 900,000,000 million manila currency if sold as one whole and 450,000,000 million manila currency if sold as one by one. also includes an agreement for a buyer after being sold, commission of any licensed or non-licensed intermediary and amount sharing of each family members after the said acreage has been sold.
A residencial acreage located in address (2 Paraiso Street Parang Marikina, Manila) has been agreed by an owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) and all family members on below names be sold and for sale in an amount of 450,000,000 million manila currency.
A commercial acreage located in address (77 F. Balagtas Street Parang, Marikina, Manila) has been agreed by an owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) and all family members on below names be sold and for sale in an amount of 450,000,000 million manila currency.
For any buyers who will buy on above acreage in both address will honor a maximum of 90 days relocation period for the owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) and all family members after has been sold.
Any intermediary who is a licensed broker will acquire a 5% commission on each two different acreage after has been sold
and for an intermediary who is a non-licensed will acquire a 3% commission on each two different acreage after has been sold.
For licensed broker:
900,000,000 million manila currency (whole amount of acreage) if sold as one whole 10% (90,000,000 million manila currency) commission for licensed broker.
450,000,000 million manila currency (amount of each acreage) if sold one by one 5% (22,500,000 million manila currency) commission for licensed broker.
For any legal charges and processing of documents, amount shall be subtracted from gained amount after has been sold.
For non-licensed broker:
900,000,000 million manila currency (whole amount of acreage) if sold as one whole 6% (54,000,000 million manila currency) commission for non-licensed broker.
450,000,000 million manila currency (amount of each acreage) if sold one by one 3% (13,500,000 million manila currency) commission for non-licensed broker.
For any legal charges and processing of documents, amount shall be subtracted from gained amount after has been sold.
Family of eleven members who's names and signatures are as follows which includes owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) will have their own share of money in which the whole amount and selling price of each acreage will divide in 11 which is equally shared with or without any intermediary.

FOR WITHOUT ANY INTERMEDIARY:
900,000,000 million manila currency divide by 11 (whole amount of acreage) if sold as one whole, for each members will acquire (81,818,181 million manila currency).
450,000,000 million manila currency divide by 11 (amount of each acreage) if sold one by one, for each members will acquire (40,909,090 million manila currency).
For any legal charges and processing of documents, amount shall be subtracted from gained amount after has been sold.
FOR WITH ANY LICENSED OR NON-LICENSED INTERMEDIARY:
For licensed broker:
900,000,000 million manila currency (whole amount of acreage) if sold as one whole 10% (90,000,000 million manila currency) commission for licensed broker.
810,000,000 million manila currency (amount shared by family members of 11) for each members will acquire (73,636,363 million manila currency).
450,000,000 million manila currency (amount of each acreage) if sold one by one 5% (22,500,000 million manila currency) commission for licensed broker.
427,500,000 million manila currency (amount shared by family members of 11) for each members will acquire (38,863,636 million manila currency).
For any legal charges and processing of documents, amount shall be subtracted from gained amount after has been sold.
For non-licensed broker:
900,000,000 million manila currency (whole amount of acreage) if sold as one whole 6% (54,000,000 million manila currency) commission for non-licensed broker.
846,000,000 million manila currency (amount shared by family members of 11) for each members will acquire (76,909,090 million manila currency).
450,000,000 million manila currency (amount of each acreage) if sold one by one 3% (13,500,000 million manila currency) commission for non-licensed broker.
436,500,000 (amount shared by family members of 11) for each members will acquire (39,681,818 million manila currency).
For any legal charges and processing of documents, amount shall be subtracted from gained amount after has been sold.
Following paragraphs and agreement in this memorandum on selling of above mentioned acreage is irrevocable and will serve as a legal document until all above mentioned acreage has been sold. also, this memorandum is agreed upon by the owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) and all family members on above names and signatures acknowledged by the law for the purpose of having each family members share of money, managing an own life, avoiding conflicts such as illegal claims and issues.
For a legal proceedings, owner/mother (---------) and co-owner/son (Mr. Frederick Paulo) and all family members who's names and signatures on above and below as follows will abide on above paragraphs and agreement under the rule of law and this memorandum of understanding is reviewed and notarized by a professional licensed lawyer.
