A day filled with wisdom, tears and triumphant hugs.

Deeply honored to serve as the resource speaker for the Lenten Recollection of the graduating class of Hinawanan National High School of Loay.

We spent the day diving into the theme "HILOM: Healing, Listening, and Moving Towards Home."

The morning was a quiet journey of reflection for the students, but the afternoon was where the magic happened. Seeing parents and guardians reunite with their sons and daughters for a spiritual and emotional encounter was a sight to behold.

There were laughters that filled the room, tears that washed away old hurts, and hugs that said everything words couldn’t.

Witnessing those "I’m sorrys" turn into "I love yous" reminds us why we do what we do. And from profound realizations to the simplest "thank you," it was a day of pure and raw connection.

Deepest gratitude to the School Principal, Sir Gliserio T. Raya for the warm welcome and vision, Sir Stephen Sabaña for the invitation, and to the dedicated advisers of the graduating students, thank you for being a steady presence for these students.

The journey home begins within. 🙏

Our hearts are incredibly full after spending a transformative day with the bright minds of Baclayon National High School.

Serving as the resource speaker for their Spiritual Upliftment Program was not just an appointment on our calendar. It was a profound reminder of why we do what we do.

Centering our journey on the theme, "Finding Your Compass in the Great Transition," we dove deep into what it means to navigate the shift from high school to the vast horizons of young adulthood.

Heartfelt gratitude to:

Sir Owen Malicse, for the warm invitation and for trusting us to speak into the lives of these students. Your dedication to their holistic growth is inspiring. All the best to your new assignment.

Dr. Elvira Jabonillo, for the enormous support of this program. Your leadership clearly reflects in the vibrant spirit of your school.

Grade 12 Advisers, for your guidance, presence and for walking alongside your students during this pivotal chapter.

And to the Graduating Class of 2026, you are the heart of this experience. Thank you for your vulnerability and your energy. Between the shared laughter, the quiet tears, and the brave moments of sharing, you reminded us that while transitions are daunting, you are more than equipped to lead.

"A compass doesn’t tell you where you are; it tells you where you are meant to go. Trust your direction, even when the path isn't paved."

May you always find your compass amidst the noise of the world. The "Great Transition" is not something to fear, but a space to grow.

What an incredible day of growth and connection! We are still buzzing from the energy at Fermin Tayabas National High School in Cabayugan, Calape, Bohol. In celebration of National Women’s Month, we had the privilege of partnering with the Philippine Red Cross - Bohol Chapter to lead vital discussions on Mental Health and HIV Awareness.

The vibrant Ferminians truly made the session memorable with their heartfelt and meaningful participation. It was more than just a seminar; it was a "moment-filled" session of learning and advocacy.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the visionary leaders who made this possible:

Sir Kit B. Templa, MATCS, School Head, for the warm welcome and leadership.

Ma’am Rhea B. Ong, Reproductive Health Coordinator, for her dedication to student wellness.

The Faculty, Advisers, and Staff of FTNHS, your support ensures these programs truly impact the students.

Philippine Red Cross - Bohol Chapter, thank you for your unwavering partnership in health and humanity.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude as we look back on a truly transformative Lenten Recollection at Holy Cross Academy of Tubigon. To be invited as the speaker, and facilitator for over 200 vibrant Grade 9 students was an absolute honor.

Under the powerful theme, "The True Vine: Cutting the Noise and Finding the Voice," we embarked on a journey of the soul. We moved past the distractions of the world to reconnect with the One who sustains us.

To the students of Ruby, Sapphire, Jade, Diamond, and Emerald, thank you for your incredible energy!

Your joy and laughter were infectious and reminded us of the beauty of community.

Your vulnerability moved us deeply. In those quiet, tear-filled moments, we witnessed spirits being renewed and friendships being restored.

Thank you for being all-in. Your active involvement made this session truly memorable.

And this meaningful encounter wouldn't have been possible without the dedicated team behind it:

Huge thanks to the Grade 9 advisers for your support and presence: Sir Michael Jenniver Estoquia, Sir Eliodoro Alindao Jr., Sir Jason Barba Martinote, Sir Ben Christian Maglaway and Ma’am Maria Jessa Pastor.

Our deepest appreciation to Ma’am Marlo Tundag for the warm invitation. And also grateful for the enormous support of their School Principal, Ma’am Juralyn S. Daño, MAEd, and their School Director, Reverend Monsignor Harold Anthony S. Parilla.

As we prepare for the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of our Lord, may the lessons we learned under the "True Vine" stay rooted in your hearts. Let us continue to cut the noise and listen to the Voice that calls us to love and serve.

Our hearts are filled with gratitude after an incredible day at Mansasa Covered Court. We had the absolute honor of serving as a speaker for "Galihok Ug Galantaw sa Mental Health Awareness - GUGMHA" a meaningful initiative dedicated to Mental Health Awareness.

This success wouldn't have been possible without the visionary leadership of the Parish Priest of St. Jude Thaddeus, Rev. Fr. Ryan Monte Alto, JCL. Thank you, Father, for spearheading this movement to empower our youth and prioritize their well-being.

A massive thank you to the collaborators who made this partnership so strong:

Holy Name University (HNU) Psychology Department
Tagbilaran City National High School
Tagbilaran City Science High School
The Barangay Council of Mansasa

To the students, teachers, and advisers: your energy was infectious! Thank you for your active participation and your commitment to becoming the efficient, empowered leaders our country needs.

Let’s keep the conversation going. Mental health is not a destination, but a journey. Check in on a friend today. A little "Gugmha" goes a long way.

Still buzzing from the energy at Lourdes High School!
It was a profound honor to serve as the speaker and facilitator for the Grade 10 and Grade 12 Recollection as we dove deep into the theme: “Unplugging the Past, Grounding the Future.”

Heartfelt thanks to Ma’am Christine Gabi for the warm invitation, and a special thanks to the School Principal, Ma’am Marcelita A. Balili, along with the dedicated advisers. Your time, presence, and support were the backbone of this success!

As we journey through this Lenten Season, let’s remember to pause, reflect, and ground ourselves in what truly matters.

Still beaming from the incredible energy at Canmaya Diyot High School (CDHS)!

It was such an honor to facilitate a conversation on "Understanding Mental Health: Why It's Okay Not To Be Okay". Breaking the stigma starts with these brave conversations, and the students of CDHS showed up with so much heart and dynamic participation.

A massive thank you to the School Principal, Sir Nilo Samputon, and the entire faculty and staff for the incredibly warm hospitality. It felt like family from the moment I arrived.

Special thanks to SK Chairperson Hon. Kuya Lems for the unwavering support, and to Ms. Roxanne Gumapac and Mam Jill for capturing these moments so beautifully.

Students, thank you for accepting and for being so open. Remember, your mental health is a priority, and your feelings are valid. Let’s keep looking out for one another!
