Deeply grateful to the City Government of Tagbilaran through the City Tourism Office (CTO) for having us speak at the PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE AMONG SERVICE PROVIDERS AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES seminar.

It was an honor to present on “First Class Within: Navigating Self-Awareness, Mindset and Leadership in Tourism.” Investing in the mindset and leadership of our frontline service providers and government personnel is key to elevating Tagbilaran’s tourism experience.

Special thanks to Councilor Christian Merick M. Blanco, Chairperson of the Committee on Tourism, Arts, Culture and Heraldry, for joining us, as well as the Tourism Technical Working Group (Tourism-TWG), Tours and Travels Agencies and Transport Services for their active engagement and participation.

True wellness begins when we actively align our mental peace, emotional clarity and financial intentions.

A heartfelt thank you to Bohol International Learning College Incorporated for having us as the resource speaker for their Employee Capacity Building program, themed "BILC Personal Wellness Mapping: Balancing Mind, Emotions, and Finances." It was an honor to facilitate this journey of reflection, growth and personal mapping with an extraordinary group of educators and professional staff.

My deepest gratitude goes to the school principal, Ma’am Christine Estrosos Milar and the entire faculty and staff of BILC for your exceptionally warm hospitality and active participation throughout the workshop.

126th CIVIL SERVICE ANNIVERSARY IN LGU MABINI

Standing before the department heads and dedicated public servants of the Local Government Unit of Mabini, Bohol as Resource Speaker on their Civil Service Anniversary celebration was an absolute privilege.

Anchoring on the theme: "Sustaining the Servant-Hero: Long-Term Wellness for Career Government Workers." reminds the participants that in public service, they are so often wired to pour everything into communities, offices and constituents.

They carry the weight of public trust and solving problems day in and day out. But the hard truth is: We cannot pour from an empty cup.

Long-term wellness isn't a luxury for career government workers. It is an absolute necessity. To sustain the "servant-hero" within, we must first learn to honor our own boundaries, protect our peace and nurture our well-being. True public service is a marathon, not a sprint and sustainable impact starts with a healthy and well-supported soul.

My deepest gratitude goes out to the LGU of Mabini headed by Mayor Ongie Bernales-Lim for the warm hospitality and trust. Thank you for championing not just progress but the holistic wellness of the people who make public service possible. And grateful for the participants for their active engagement.

Amidst the overwhelming noise of the modern world, choosing to tune into God’s voice and live with clear, intentional purpose is a powerful act of faith and civic duty. When the youth step up, communities transform.

It was an incredible honor to serve as the Resource Speaker for the Child Development Workers (CDW) Celebration held in the breathtaking town of Panglao, Bohol!

We spent an insightful and empowering day diving deep into "Understanding Mental Health and Dealing with Mental Health Emergencies." Equipping our frontline educators and child care workers with the tools to foster psychological well-being both for themselves and the children they nurture. It is a vital step toward building a healthier and more compassionate community.
