WE'RE FOLLOWING THE SUNNAH ﷺ

"يَا مُحَمَّدُ، مُرْ أُمَّتَكَ بِالْحِجَامَةِ"
"Ya Muhammad, mur ummataka bil-hijamah"
"O Muhammad, ORDER YOUR UMMAH WITH HIJAMA"
[Ibn Majah 3479 | Sahih]

Kaya we’re practicing Hijama, and we’re sharing this knowledge.

Why?
1. Because it’s a Sunnah with divine backing from the heavens 🌙
2. Because the Prophet ﷺ said: "The best of remedies you have is cupping" [Bukhari]
3. Because sharing beneficial knowledge is Sadaqah Jariyah

This is not just about cupping.
This is about reviving a forgotten Sunnah.
This is about obedience to a heavenly command.

May Allah make us among those who hear the command and follow it.

So mapapaisip ka na lang na akala mo super scary 😱, pero sa huli parang ma-aaddict ka na and hahanap-hanapin mo yung ginhawa 😊 na binibigay niya."*🌹❤
