* Early Bird Registration (Southeast Asia & International)

Please be advised that the Early Bird registration period for Southeast Asia and International participants is now officially closed. All new and pending payments will now be subject to the regular registration rate. We encourage you to settle your payment at the earliest to secure your slot.

* Early Bird Registration under Association Deal

The Early Bird rate under the association registration deal will remain available until January 15, 2026 only. After this date, the regular registration rate will automatically apply.

* Proof of Payment Requirement

When uploading your proof of payment, please ensure that the date and time of payment are clearly visible. This is necessary for proper verification and confirmation of your registration.
