𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗗𝗔 𝗟𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. DTI or SEC
2. Business Permit or Barangay Clearance
3. Licensed RPh/ PRC license
4. Resignation letter from previous employer of RPh (if license was used before for FDA app)
𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
Assessment Result: Typically, it takes 7 working days for the FDA to assess the application. If passed, the next step is payment.
Payment Processing: It usually takes 3-5 days for the payment to be credited.
LTO Release: Once payment is confirmed, the LTO release usually takes 7-14 days.
As per the FDA Citizen's Charter, the lead time for LTO application processing is up to 30 working days, but based on our experience, it can often take less than 30 days.
