When I started working from home, I was able to learn management skills. Time, client projects, tasks, personal, and my family life.🧡

Today, two of my daughters sang during their annual Talent Discovery event at school. And I didn’t miss it!🤩🥹

I get to enjoy watching them without thinking about work. Why? Because I learned how to manage my time and projects.

That is one of the most important qualifications if you want to do .

I believe that you do not have to have experience to be in this industry. You just have to have these top 5 skills:
1️⃣ Analytical thinking
2️⃣ Critical thinking
3️⃣ Resourcefulness
4️⃣ Proactive communication
5️⃣ Organizational and management skills

Being a or is never easy. This is a real job. Real career. Because you assist in running your client’s business.

May interested ba mag intern sa inyo?

Habang nag rereview kami ng apps, nakita namin na out of 156 apps 94. Opo. 94 ang walang experience.

At dahil isa lang ang makakapasok sa banga, paano yung iba?

So naisip ko, what if i-reopen ko yung passion project ko a year ago. Kung saan nag open ako ng 1 slot for an intern and I will provide on-the-job trainings.

The goal is matutunan nyo yung skillsets ng team namin and yung services na inooffer namin sa RAVA Digital Marketing Services.

Baka kasi may gusto din mag offer ng services na kagaya ng RAVA pero wala pa din talagang chance kasi di nabibigyan ng break due to lack of skills and knowledge.

If ever ba, interested kayo? Let me know guys kasi if yes, we’re opening two slots.

P.S. This will only be for the newbies at wala talagang experience at all.

Oh my heart!🥰 Sa dami nyong interested to become part of my team di ko na alam paano ang gagawin ko.

Ito yung post ko nung isang araw na naguumapaw yung suporta nyo. 😍 Maliit lang ito compared to other content creators pero yung saya ko nang dahil sa goal ko na makapag onboard ng new team member ang aactive nyo. Sana suportahan nyo pa yung page ko ha. Para pag nagstart na kumikita tayo dito sa Meta, ay talaga sa inyo ako kukuha ng social media manager and community manager. 🙋‍♀️

Nacucurious tuloy ako ngayon, aside from job opportunities, ano pang gusto nyong makita na content dito? Gusto nyo ba yung mga quick tutorials like yung nagshare ako pano ako maghanap ng client sa LinkedIn?

Comment nyo naman tapos hehelp ko kayo samga gusto nyo aralin or matutunan.

P.S. Yung isa sa plan ko ishare sainyo is paano mag stand out yung application nyo kahit wala pang experience at all.

Hello! Super dami nating applicants na walang experience. Kung pwede lang at kung kaya ko lang bigyan kayo lahat ng chance, gagawin ko. Pero isa lamang tayong dukha.😭🤣 At iisa lang talaga ang kaya natin ionboard for now.

Kaya talagang I really wanna push those who aspire to be an online freelancer na wag kayong susuko because you will find that one person who will give you the opportunity sa industriyang ito.🤞🏼

I will also continue to advocate and prioritize those who do not have an experience na masubukan ang industriyang ito. ☺️Especially those who are in their 40s and above.

Anyways, may mga nakikita na kaming prospects sa mga applicants natin. Tin and I are working together sa pagpili ng nararapat sa Virtual Operations Support na hinahanap natin.

Again, hindi natin prio ang experiences. We value your skills rather than experience.

Pero good problem to.

Pag nakapasa kayo guys, you will receive an email on or before March 8. If walang email na nareceive, it means di po kayo napili to proceed sa next round.

Isasara na din natin ng 8pm yung application form ha. Kasi padami na ng padami kayo. Baka di na namin kayanin ni Tin ang pag rereview together.

Maraming maraming salamat sa inyong lahat na nag pakita ng interest to work with me and my small team!😍🥰

Guys ha, ang application form is only accessible sa computer (laptop or desktop man yan). Kaya pag di nyo maaccess, baka sa phone kayo nagclick ng link.
