We would like to inform everyone regarding the current electricity issue affecting our area. As many of you may already be aware, the voltage supplied to our households, which should normally be around 220 volts, has dropped to approximately 150 volts as provided by Tarelco.

This low voltage situation may cause slower internet connectivity because the routers installed in your homes requires 220 volts to operate properly. As a result, you may experience slow internet connection even if there is no issue with our internet service itself.
