I hope you have time to read this message and it is highly confidential. Hindi ko na po alam ang gagawin ko as emotionally, financially traumatized na po ang gamily ko. Please po make my post anonymous. Andito po kmi sa US for 18 months pa lang. We have 2 kids. The youngest has medical issues, blood disorder na thalassemia and microcytic anemia, growth and development delays. Ilang beses na po napatingin yung mga easy bruising nia, and sabi ng lng P*P nia is sa thalassemia ang anemia. Nagkaroon po ng collission yung 2 kids ko and the youngest fell on his back noong April 14, hnd namin alam na ngka fracture pala sya sa ribs dahil sa fall na yun. Then April 20 I was at work and my husband was at home, my choking episode yung youngest, nawalan ng malay, initial reaction ng asawa ko is binuhat nia at of his panic shinake nia anak namin na limp and head was shaken back and forth, he inflicted pain like kurot, sternal rub and squeezed his legs for him to gain consciousness lang and eventually did CPR until he was able to breath. Dinala po sya ng EMS sa hospital and they only did CXR which showed multiple rib fractures sa. Likod, was discharged after 12 hrs kahit na sinasabi namin na sumusuka, after a day he developed fever and vomitting, binalik po namin sa ER at CXR and bngyan lang ng ibuprofen at zofran. After 3 days binalik nanaman namin kasi ng loloose na sya ng weight, poor appetite at di na dn po kumakain. The Dr was hesitant to admit him kasi he looked good dw until ininsist ko na need nia ma rehydrate kasi hindi yun ang baseline nia pag may sakit sya, dinala namin sa ER, that’s the time they did CT scan and revealed subdural hematoma, nakita nila un multiple rib fx, and bruises brought by his easy bruising and un pag inflict ng asawa ko ng kurot at sternal rub sknya nung na CPR. Now they are accusing us of Child abuse, inflicted injuries by torture and nutritional neglect, sabi ng CPS, we might get arrested pag na substantiate ang evidences, hnd po sila nakinig sa mga explanations namin, the Doctor concluded right away. After weeks po, naka receive ako ng letter from Attorney General ng complaints from the hospital social worker to terminate/revoke my license. CPS also took the custody of our eldest child. Hindi na po namin alam ang gagawin namin, lawyers fee po hnd na po namin ma afford dahil bago lang po kami dito. Mam Jean nag mamakaawa po ako na humihingi ng tulong paano gagawin namin and financially short na din po kami.
