Article 63 โ€“ Use of Metric System

Article 63 means that all buying, selling, measuring and official papers must use the metric system. The government also sets standard sizes for clothes, shoes and similar items. This way everyone measures the same and no one gets the wrong amount or size.

This rule helps consumers because everyone uses the same way of measuring, so consumers always get the right amount they paid for. It also makes sizes the same across all shops, so they can pick clothes or shoes that fit well no matter where they buy them. It stops sellers from trickingconsumers with wrong measurements and keeps all your deals clear and fair.

Article 55 โ€“ Home Solitation Sales; When Conducted Article 55

They can come at any other time only if you already said it was okay beforehand.
Consumers are protected from being disturbed at inconvenient times, and they can only be visited by door-to-door sellers during reasonable hours unless they themselves agreed to a different schedule.

Article 47 โ€“ Penalties, exception

It makes sure law breakers face serious consequences to stop unsafe products from reaching you, while protecting honest sellers so only those who truly hide dangers or lie are held accountable.

Article 136 โ€“ Finance Charge on Refinancing

This rule keeps consumers safe by stopping lenders from charging them too much if they change their loan or combine what they owe. It lets them work out new terms that fit them better, but makes sure they never pay more than the allowed limit so they wonโ€™t get stuck with unfair extra costs.

This rule protects consumers by ensuring they receive the exact, original product promised, stopping anyone from changing or messing with the packaging to trick them, and ensuring special deals are honest.

This provision protects consumers from being tricked. It requires sellers to put all reward promises in writing, so you get exactly what you are owed.
